What paper does a receipt printer use?
Thermal paper rolls, most often 80 mm or 57 mm wide depending on the model. POS Kosova supplies both sizes, so you never run out.
Will the printer connect to my till software?
Bixolon printers are supported by most till software. Tell us the software and the connection you need, and we install and test the printer together with it.
Why is my receipt faint or showing white lines?
The most common cause is a dirty or worn printhead, or poor-quality paper. We clean or replace the printhead with original parts in our workshop.
